Team building

A three day mini camp in Tihany will provide the opportunity for team building. In Tihany, a place rich in history, culture and natural beauty, the participants get acquainted with each other and can experience what it is to live with 13 strangers. The participants will spend four weeks together in the Netherlands and they need to be able to cope with different situations and settle conflicts. The team building camp aims to build and strengthen relationships and trust between the members of the team. For this reason they will take part in team building, conflict management and self knowledge sessions as well as in games and other activities. The participants will also have the possibility to enjoy Tihany and Lake Balaton.
